Today (02 June), the President Stevo Pendarovski awarded certificates to the participants in the Young Managers and Business Leaders program, organized by the Foreign Investors Council under the auspices of the President of the Republic of North Macedonia.
As President Pendarovski pointed out, owing to this program, 32 of our young fellow citizens acquired skills and knowledge for their future professional development. The trainings were conducted between January and May in 18 FIC member companies. By putting themselves at disposal to young managers and business leaders, these economic entities took an extremely significant and socially responsible step.
The number of candidates for the program is increasing simultaneously with the number of companies, and it is becoming increasingly difficult to select the best. Besides, the fact that four program participants were employed in the companies they followed their training in shows the reciprocal benefit, highlighted Pendarovski.
They are the future creators, expected to establish a system that cherishes quality, commitment, professionalism, and moral values. That is the precondition for prosperous, modern, and developed North Macedonia, which is undoubtedly a common interest of all our people and of the business community, said President Pendarovski.
The President of the Foreign Investors Council, Stefan Peter, pointed out that this year, the fourth Young Managers and Business Leaders program unequivocally proved to be an excellent opportunity for engaging ambitious young people that wish a quality professional development, while foreign companies recognized FIC’s idea of opening prospects for young people to stay in their country, adding that the project will continue in the following year, aiming at providing knowledge, skills, and experience for future candidates.
At the event, certificates of participation in the Young Managers and Business Leaders program were presented to eighteen member companies of the Foreign Investors Council.
